Casa Matiz

This project is located in a central urban area and explores a contemporary architectural composition emphasizing volumetric simplicity and formal purity. It is articulated through clearly defined modules and the intersection of vertical and horizontal planes, generating dynamism and visual depth. The façade features a homogeneous texture, accentuated by stone cladding and strategically placed metal perforations that provide both visual lightness and selective privacy.

Inside, open and integrated spaces are developed, where natural light filters through interior courtyards and large glazed openings, enhancing spatial perception. The use of neutral materials and refined finishes such as light wood, stone, and soft tones creates a timeless, sober, and warm character. The design effectively responds to its immediate urban context, providing harmony, functional efficiency, and a well-considered contemporary aesthetic that enhances quality of life through comfortable, balanced spaces.
