For the Tenney Residence project, our team was responsible for the complete 3D model construction based on the provided 2D documentation. From the technical drawings, we meticulously modeled every space, accurately incorporating all interior design elements of the home. This process included the architectural volumetry, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, strictly following the guidelines of the interior designer and the builder. We also produced visualizations of the structural system to support better spatial and technical understanding of the project.

he kitchen, as the design’s focal point, was modeled with special attention to materials, textures, and proportions to maintain coherence with the original vision. Through the BIM methodology, we achieved clear and precise documentation, facilitating interdisciplinary coordination and the extraction of key technical information essential for execution and regulatory validation.
