Shell Building

This project, located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, is a mixed-use building with a contemporary design that combines warm wood finishes with bold black volumes. Large glazedsurfaces promote natural light and create a strong visual connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape, resulting in open, functional, and inviting spaces. At Tiento, we supported the project through the partial production of architectural visualizations and were fully responsible for developing the project’s BIM model. This allowed us to coordinate the documentation with precision and efficiency.

And to generate accurate door and window schedules as well as extract key project data in a clear and organized manner. We also produced the technical drawings required for building permit approval, ensuring compliance with local regulations in the state of Georgia. These included:

  • Life Safety Plan & Notes
  • Fire Protection Details
  • Finish Floor Plans, Schedules, Legends & Notes
  • Code Compliance Reports

Our involvement ensured a well-coordinated and complete documentation package, facilitating a smooth permitting process with local authorities.
