Casa Huéspedes

This project addresses the need for an organized and comfortable space designed exclusively to provide a resting area for company employees. The proposal articulates a contemporary reinterpretation of the colonial style, blending classical architectural elements with modern furnishings to strike a balance between tradition and modernity. The spaces are spacious, with high sloped ceilings and exposed beams to keep the interior fresh and well-ventilated, suitable for the consistently high temperatures of the location. Generous natural lighting enters through large wooden windows and openings, fostering a strong connection with the tropical surroundings.

A neutral color palette, accented with warm tones and soft textures, contributes to visual comfort and serenity. The exterior is highlighted by a vibrant reddish metal roof that contrasts with the sober volumes, giving the complex a strong visual identity. The spatial configuration opens gathering areas onto exterior terraces, integrating nature into daily life. The project expresses harmony, sophistication, and simplicity, emphasizing a welcoming, functional architecture sensitive to the local context.
