This project involves the renovation, expansion, and enhancement of a landmark ophthalmology clinic in Bucaramanga with over 40 years of history. The design features modern lines and a simple volume with a predominantly white façade that conveys visual cleanliness and sobriety, punctuated by large windows that enhance transparency and the connection between interior and exterior. The spatial strategy maximizes natural light, creating bright and comfortable interiors, while at night, accent lighting highlights specific details of the building, emphasizing its geometry.

The composition includes a careful integration with the surrounding urban environment, softened by green spaces and perimeter gardens that frame the entrances. The design communicates professionalism, balance, and efficiency, clearly reflecting the building’s clinical function, and creating a contemporary, welcoming, and functional environment.
